An individual holiday
On the Podere "Colle All`Asino" you can spend an individual holiday, alone, as a couple, with many friends or the whole family including a dog.
The Podere "Colle All Asino" is rented as a self-catering house, if we ourselves are not on site.
It offers the best conditions for a holiday that differs from the usual everyday life at home and other holiday homes!
Community
With us communal experience is stimulated!
- The spacious grounds encourage common ideas, the spacious terrace
with stunning panoramic views to impressive and unforgettable barbecues.
- The spacious kitchenette in the original kitchen-living- room has plenty of space for a shared cooking experience.
- Joint meals on a long table in front of the house with a wonderful view for unforgettable italian moments.
- The large dining room and our seminar room provide enough space for relaxed meetings, discussions and games.
- We have no TV and no fixed Internet access - let's play something
together again? Board games, table tennis or table football in the
house, in the yard there is enough space for common volleyball or
smaller football tournaments.
- Or meet in the evening and enjoy the sunset with a small aperitif - what more could you want?
If you want, you can get involved in ongoing work projects when we are there.
Or, after consultation with us, take care of the garden around the house, if we ourselves are not on site.
Relax
In spring or summer, in the shade of olive trees and cypresses outside,
in autumn or winter on the more than 80-year-old fireplace in the large
kitchen - "donkey mountain" quickly leads you to leave everyday life
behind and relax!
There are plenty of nooks and crannies around the house to just relax - regardless of the number of guests in the house.
With a good book, the wonderful panoramic view, and the house in a quiet location surrounded by nature.

Children
Children always find something to do here!
- Set up a table tennis or a table football tournament in the seminar room or "chill out" together ...
- Play in the open air, fly a kite, or make a campfire. Hunt lizards or
observe rare butterflies, birds and bats. Jumping from the dock into
our big goldfish pond. Discover frogs and rare turtles. Go on a
discovery tour and count rabbits, deer and wild boar.
There are no restrictions, no fences, no one is disturbed, even if it gets louder!

The special feature of Podere "Colle All`Asino"
- "With us there is no mass processing" - we discuss each holiday individually with you and are available during your holiday promptly as a contact person.
- We have not adapted to the "mainstream" - here you live in a resource-saving and over years lovingly renovated house .
Here you will find tasteful interior design and construction
elements with their own history, as well as the original, grown-up
buildings with their unique ambience of more than 200 years.
- But not the usual, impersonal and sterile apartment flair with "obligatory" swimming pool. We have deliberately decided against such one - we use bathing facilities on the river nearby or in our own natural pond on site.
- Here community can be experienced again: Herefor the house and the surrounding area offer the best conditions!
- The often described, special tuscan light in the all-round panoramic view and the breadth of the horizon
- The relaxing contact with nature on the doorstep with all its almost
forgotten sounds - e.g. at night a frog concert and the sky full of
stars.
